Inside you’ll find: • Two ensuite bedrooms with blackout curtains, plush bedding, walk-in closets, desks, TVs, ceiling fans, and white noise machines • Bright open living area connected to a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and a powder room for guests • Thoughtful touches like plush towels, stocked coffee options (drip + Keurig), and games for downtime • Washer/dryer for longer stays, plus two dedicated driveway parking spots with a Level 2 EV charger The house is on a main street, so some road noise is possible, but most guests find it comfortable thanks to blackout curtains and white noise machines. We’ve designed this space for both short and medium-term stays, blending the polish of a new build with the warmth and details of a lived-in home. Guests often call it their “home away from home.”

Please note the following so your stay is smooth: • The house is on a main street, so some road noise is possible. Blackout curtains, ceiling fans, and white noise machines are provided for comfort • Two driveway parking spots are available, plus a Level 2 EV charger. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways • We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap). Guests may need to purchase more for longer stays • Exterior security cameras and an alarm system are installed for your safety. They monitor only outdoor areas • While we respond to issues as quickly as possible, we do not have 24/7 on-site staff. Non-urgent maintenance is usually scheduled after check-out • No refunds are offered for weather, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control We look forward to hosting you and making your stay as comfortable as possible!
